What is Pointe of Staff?
Pointe of Staff is a managed care coordination platform. Care seekers and nurses and caregivers are linked through Pointe of Staff, not through direct app contact.
Is Pointe of Staff only for families?
No. It supports clients and nursing or caregiving professionals, and the architecture can later support organizations or agencies.
Can nurses and caregivers apply to jobs?
Care providers receive managed assignment opportunities from Pointe of Staff and can accept or decline suitable assignments.
Can care seekers message nurses and caregivers?
No direct caregiver-to-seeker messaging is enabled in the managed flow. Care seekers and nurses and caregivers communicate with Pointe of Staff inside the app.
Does Pointe of Staff process real payments now?
The current PointePay™ module is still in safe test mode. In production, care seekers should pay Pointe of Staff through a payment processor, and caregiver payouts should be handled securely after completed service approval.
Can the mobile website be installed like an app?
Yes. The PWA module adds mobile install support, app icons and offline fallback behavior.
Are background checks live now?
The platform has PointSafe™ verification structure, but full U.S. background-check integration should be connected through a qualified screening partner before public launch.
